Coconut Matcha Latte (No fancy barista skills or equipment required)

Ingredients: (Serves 1)

- 1 Teaspoon Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1/3 Cup of water
- 1/3 Cup of coconut milk
- Sweetener of your choice (optional & to taste)


- Warm the water and coconut milk in a small pot - Ideal temperature is slightly too hot to hold your finger in! (Careful not to burn yourself!)
- Add 1 teaspoon of Matcha green tea powder and whisk briskly, until frothy, this will take approximately 30 seconds or so. (You can use a small kitchen whisk if you don't have a Matcha whisk, but even a fork will do the job, but it may take slightly longer)
- Taste and add additional water, coconut milk or sweetener to your liking. (I sometimes add a bit of honey)


I used full fat coconut milk for a richer latte, but you can use light coconut milk if you prefer
