Matcha Flavoured Finishing Salt

It is very important that you pay close attention to the following steps. With the right attitude and dedication (and maybe some trial and error), you will have mastered the art of making your own Matcha Flavoured Finishing Salt.

- Take desired amount of Organic Matcha and mix with equal part Sea Salt.

- Blend for 5-10 seconds in a food blender




There are many uses for this flavoured salt, it can be used as a finish to many dishes. From simply using to decorate a dish in your restaurant, to dipping your favourite chocolate bar in. What ever you want to do with it is up to you.

Here is a list of uses we have found:

- Flavouring Home made crisps - Sprinkle on fish and chips - Dip dark chocolate square into it - Add to top of any pasta dish to give that extra flavour (it also looks great)
